Sie ist Professorin und Dekanin für Bildung und Studium in der Abteilung der Geografischen und Geologischen Wissenschaften an der Adam-Mickiewicz-Universität in Poznań/Posen. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte umfassen Aspekte der Tourismusgeographie, Barrierefreiheit und Nachhaltigkeit des Tourismus sowie lokale und regionale Tourismusplanung. An der Adam-Mickiewicz-Universität unterrichtet sie Tourismusplanung, Service für Touristen mit Einschränkungen und Management von Human Resources. Außerdem leitet sie Master- und Promotionsseminare sowie Tutorien.
